Steve DeFrain is the Assistant Superintendent of the PennDel District. Steve pastored Morning Star Fellowship for thirty-eight years in Bechtelsville, Pennsylvania. Over the years the church experienced steady and consistent growth, which enabled them to plant six churches. He is married to Liz, who serves as the Women’s Director for the PennDel Ministry Network. They have two sons, who are also in full-time ministry. Steven and his wife Leah planted Journey Church in Phoenixville, PA along with four additional campuses. Ryan and his wife Tiffany are campus pastors at Morning Star Fellowship in Pennsburg, PA.
In October 2019, Steve joined the University of Valley Forge where he serves as the VP of Development and Church Relations. In his spare time, he and Liz enjoy spending time with their seven grandchildren.
John has lived in Dover most of his life. His dad was stationed at Dover Air Force Base and his family moved to Dover when he was 3. At the age of 10, he was placed into foster care and wound up living in Akron, Ohio for 5 years.
John moved back to Dover in 1977 and met his future wife Andrea. After graduating Dover High School in 1979, he entered the Navy until 1986, when he moved back to Dover with Andrea and their two sons, Paul and Sam. He worked as a printer until the Lord called him into Ministry in 1995. John currently serves as Children’ Pastor and Men’s Ministry Director at Calvary Assembly.

Jamie, the Founder and Director of Mantour Ministries, is a graduate of the University of Valley Forge. He is also an ordained minister with the Penndel District of the Assemblies of God and an AG Associate Missionary with AG Missionary Church Developers, focusing on strengthening men and men's ministry.
Jamie’s passion is to help men overcome the pain of their past and reach their full potential as God’s men. “Years ago, while I was attending the University of Valley Forge, God gave me a deep desire inside to minister to men. My calling is to help men learn what it means to be a godly man and how to develop a deep, personal relationship with their Heavenly Father. We strive to challenge and encourage men to reach their full potential in God’s Kingdom.”
Along with planning Mantour Conferences, Jamie enjoys writing and speaking to men. He's had articles featured in Prodigal Magazine, New Man Magazine, and on the Assemblies of God Men’s Ministry Website. He's published four books, "Putting On Manhood", "Legacy: Living A Life That Last", "Get In The Game", "Invincible: Scaling The Mountains That Keep Us From Victory", and Whatever I Takes" and he is currently working on publishing his 5th book, "Burning Daylight".
