Jeff Marshall is the PennDel District Secretary Treasurer.  He is also the former lead Pastor of New Day Assembly which he started in 2000.  He is also the Former Presbyter of South West Metro Section of the Penn-Del District.  He is a graduate of Regent University with a Masters in Educational Leadership.  

Before starting New Day Assembly, Jeff served as a Counselor for Juvenile Delinquents in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh for 3 years, as an Assistant Pastor overseeing youth, children and visitation for 5 years at Carnegie Full Gospel Church, as Young Adult Pastor at South Hills Assembly of God for 11 years, and as a principal of Hillcrest Christian Academy for 11 years.

Pastor Jeff has been married to his wife for 41 years.  They have 4 children, Kate, Micah, Eden, and Shuyler, and 2 grandchildren, Selah and Gideon.

Paul Lynn

Paul’s primary expertise is Pastoral Counseling and Training as a U.S. Army Chaplain. In 2022 he created a Spiritual Readiness and Resiliency (R2) tool called, “Pathfinder: Finding Your Best Path on Your Worst Day.” It was trained to over a thousand Chaplains, Leaders, and Soldiers at U.S. Army installations around the world. It is a recognized “Best Practice” Spiritual Resiliency model for the U.S. Army Chaplain Corps.

 

Paul spent 8 years working as an Airborne and Special Operations Chaplain. He received a Bronze Star with the 82nd Airborne Division for a year-long combat deployment to Iraq. He also deployed with Special Operations Forces on combat deployments to Afghanistan. He deployed on a Peace Keeping mission to Kosovo. His final deployment was to Eastern Europe as a Division Chaplain in operation Atlantic Resolve in 2017 as part of a NATO deterrent force against Russian aggression. He finished his Army career serving as a Family Life Chaplain at Fort Huachuca, AZ. There, as the subject matter expert (SME) in pastoral counseling, he trained Battalion Chaplains in the art and science of pastoral counseling. He conducted marriage and family counseling, trauma counseling for Soldiers and Families, and pastored at the Main Post Chapel. He led dozens of Single Soldier and Couple Retreats throughout his career.

Paul is married to the Rev. Dr. Elizabeth Lynn for 30 years, and they have 5 children. He enjoys training and running marathons and ultra-marathons. He’s a two-time Boston Marathon qualifier. He’s run ultra-marathons in Alaska, Texas, and New Mexico. In November 2022 he ran a double-crossing (Rim-to-Rim-to-Rim) of the Grand Canyon, nearly 48 miles in 18 hours.

John Lanza
Glad Tidings Assembly

Rev. John  Lanza is the lead pastors at Glad Tidings A/G in Middletown, PA. Pastor John has been involved in church ministry for over 25 years, serving for 20 years as lead pastors of local A/G churches. He spent the majority of life in ministry in the Pennsylvania-Delaware district, but, most recently, he served as staff and then lead pastor in the central Florida area, planting a church in the Poinciana area. Pastor John joined the Glad Tidings family in September 2008 as lead pastor!

 

     John married his wife Susan while attending The University of Valley Forge ( formerly Valley Forge Christian College) in  Phoenixville, PA. Pastor John graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies in 1984. They are proud parents of three grown children: Megan, married to Andrew, Adam, and Meridyth; Pastor John and Susan are also the proud grandparents of Adalyn Rose and Isabel Grace.

Jamie Holden

Founder/Director of Mantour Ministries, AGUS Missionary Associate, Author

Jamie is the Founder and Director of Mantour Ministries.  He is a graduate of The University Of Valley Forge.  He is also an ordained minister with the Penndel District of the Assemblies of God and an Assembly of God US Missionary Associate. 

         

Jamie’s passion is to help men overcome the pain of their past and reach their full potential as God’s men.  “Years ago, while I was attending college, God gave me a deep desire inside to minister to men. My calling is to help men learn what it means to be a godly man and how to develop a deep, personal relationship with their Heavenly Father.  We strive to challenge and encourage men to reach their full potential in God’s Kingdom.”

 

Along with planning Mantour Conferences, Jamie enjoys writing and speaking to men.  Each month, he provides men with free, practical, Biblical teaching through articles and e-books in The Manzone at Mantour Ministries.   He's also had articles featured in Prodigal Magazine, New Man Magazine, and on the Assemblies of God Men’s Ministry Website.  He's published two books, "Putting On Manhood", and "Legacy, Living A Life That Lasts".
