Scott serves as the Lead Pastor at GT Church.  Called to ministry in 2002, Scott started his official ministry journey in the beginning of 2005 when he was first hired at GT as an Associate Pastor, leading Young Adult and Single Adult Ministry.  Over the following years, Scott became the Discipleship Pastor, and eventually the Executive Pastor.  In 2021, he was given the opportunity to continue serving his call to ministry as Lead Pastor, still at GT Church. 

​

 

Scott has a passion for God’s Word, as well as for teaching and preaching.  Scott and his wife Kate are married for over twenty years and have 3 children, Lucas, Matthew and Aarilyn. 

 

In his spare time, Scott loves spending time with his family, and playing a round of golf.

JEFF MARSHALL

PENNDEL DISTRICT SECRETARY/TREASURER

Jeff Marshall serves as Secretary-Treasurer of the PennDel Ministry Network. With decades of ministry and leadership experience, Jeff previously served as Lead Pastor of New Day Assembly, a church he founded in 2000, and as Presbyter of the Southwest Metro Section.

​

A graduate of Regent University with a master’s degree in Educational Leadership, Jeff’s ministry experience includes pastoral leadership, Christian education, youth and young adult ministry, and counseling at-risk youth.

​

Jeff and his wife have been married for more than 40 years. They have four children and two grandchildren.

TIM HALBFOERSTER

RIVER OF GOD

Pastor Tim Halbfoerster has served as Lead Pastor of River of God Church in Enola, Pennsylvania, since 1996. With decades of pastoral and leadership experience, Tim is passionate about strengthening churches, developing healthy leaders, and helping congregations thrive.

​

Tim also leads Bridge Builders, a ministry that helps churches navigate conflict and pursue healthy reconciliation. He holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Church Revitalization from the University of Valley Forge.

Tim and his wife, Marie, serve together in ministry and share a passion for seeing lives, families, and churches transformed through the power of God.
