Everything you need to host a high-quality men's conference—without the stress of planning every detail.

We are committed to helping men grow in their walk with God, regardless of location.  Unfortunately, we can not travel to all locations that want to host a Mantour.  But now you can purchase a Mantour Conference Package and host your own Mantour Conference using our themes and media for one flat-rate price!

Your Conference Package Includes:

Registration: (20 Tickets Included)

  • Registration for up to 20 attendees (maybe resold to help the church cover costs)

  • Online registration managed by Mantour Ministries

  • Registration list emailed to the host church on the Friday before the event

  • Printable attendee list or use a QR code for check-in

  • QR code provided for on-site registration

  • Day-of phone support for registration questions

  • Only one volunteer is needed to staff the registration table

Advertising and Promotions

We'll help you promote your conference with professionally designed marketing materials.

     Includes:

  • 250 full-color postcards

  • Digital flyer file for you to print or share online

  • Three promotional emails sent by Mantour Ministries (church provides email list)

  • One social media post each week leading up to the conference that churches and speakers can easily share

Conference Planning Support: 

You won't have to plan alone.

Your package includes:

  • Three coaching calls with Jamie and Adessa for your conference coordinator, pastor, or tech team

  • A complete conference schedule

  • A detailed event script coordinated with your sound and media team

  • Phone support on the day of the conference

Included:

  • Conference theme and branding

  • Event schedule and script

  • Opening video

  • Speaker introduction videos

  • Pre-conference and between-session video loops

Other than worship and live speakers, the conference is essentially plug-and-play.

Speaker Coordination: 

Mantour Ministries will: 

  • Select and invite speakers in consultation with the host pastor (and district leadership when appropriate)

  • Ensure every speaker is an Assemblies of God credentialed minister

  • Have each speaker sign the Mantour Ministries speaker agreement

  • Pay each speaker a $150 honorarium

The host church is responsible for: 

  • Church facility

  • Worship team

  • Sound and media team

  • One registration volunteer

  • An emcee (MC)

  • Email addresses for local churches or men's ministry contacts (optional but encouraged)

  • Recording the conference

We also encourage churches to invite local Teen Challenge ministries and halfway houses to attend free of charge.

Conference Book Sales 

Mantour Ministries will promote the conference-related books throughout the event using video announcements.

Option 1 (Easiest)

  • Attendees purchase books by scanning a QR code.

  • Mantour Ministries processes the order and ships books directly to attendees.

Option 2

Churches may purchase books from Mantour Ministries at a significant discount.

The church may:

  • Give books away

  • Sell them at the conference

  • Set its own selling price

  • Keep all profits from book sales
