Benjamin Rainey, Jr. is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God, and has invested nearly 20 years involved in a variety of ministries. Currently, he serves as the Secretary-Treasurer of the Potomac Ministry Network, a fellowship of 350 churches and 1100 ministers across Maryland, Virginia, D.C., and West Virginia.
He is a graduate of the University of Valley Forge, holds a Master of Arts degree in Christian Ministries from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary, and a Master of Business Administration from the Washington Adventist University. Ben has a pastor’s heart and engages audiences with passion and persuasion while at the same time remaining practical.
Born and raised outside the Baltimore area he is a lifelong Baltimore Orioles fan. (Please keep him and all Orioles fans in your prayers.)
Adam lives in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, with his wife of 23 years, along with their four children. He holds a master of divinity degree, and he pastored a multicultural church for eight years.
After pastoring, he earned a state certification in structural family therapy and worked as an in-home family-based therapist counseling families whose children were at risk of being placed out of the home.
Adam is currently serving as the director of ministry outreach with K21, where he loves coaching pastors and men’s ministry leaders while traveling the country speaking about a variety of contemporary manhood issues.

Pastor Joseph Adams has been the senior pastor The Worship Center since September 1998. He and his wife BJ (Blenda), have three children; Zachery, Matthew, and Luke. He and is wife are both graduates of Valley Forge Christian College in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania.
After graduation from Waynesburg Central High School, Pastor Joe went to Waynesburg College on a football scholarship, where he majored in education. At Waynesburg College, Joe helped to start a Fellowship of Christian Athletes ministry and participated in other campus ministries. The more involved in ministry he became the more he knew Valley Forge Christian College was the place to be to prepare for the call of God on his life. After graduating from VFCC in 1985, Joe became the youth pastor at Faith Assembly of God in Hazleton, PA. In 1987 He assumed the youth pastor position at Trinity Assembly of God in West Chester, PA. In 1989 He returned to Faith Assembly of God in Hazleton as the senior pastor for over 9 years before coming to The Worship Center.
Pastor Joe enjoys playing basketball, coaching his son’s sports teams, golf and a good book. He also believes the Pittsburgh Steelers are the greatest even when they don’t win.

Jamie, the Founder and Director of Mantour Ministries, is a graduate of the University of Valley Forge. He is also an ordained minister with the Penndel District of the Assemblies of God and an AG Associate Missionary with AG Missionary Church Developers, focusing on strengthening men and men's ministry.
Jamie’s passion is to help men overcome the pain of their past and reach their full potential as God’s men. “Years ago, while I was attending the University of Valley Forge, God gave me a deep desire inside to minister to men. My calling is to help men learn what it means to be a godly man and how to develop a deep, personal relationship with their Heavenly Father. We strive to challenge and encourage men to reach their full potential in God’s Kingdom.”
Along with planning Mantour Conferences, Jamie enjoys writing and speaking to men. He's had articles featured in Prodigal Magazine, New Man Magazine, and on the Assemblies of God Men’s Ministry Website. He's published four books, "Putting On Manhood", "Legacy: Living A Life That Last", "Get In The Game", and "Invincible: Scaling The Mountains That Keep Us From Victory", and he is currently working on publishing his 5th book, "Whatever It Takes".
