Scott serves as the Executive Pastor at Glad Tidings Church in West Lawn, PA. He is a teaching pastor and provides leadership to the adult ministry efforts of the church. He has been involved with ministry at Glad Tidings for over 12 years, and was hired as a full-time Associate Pastor in January 2005.
Scott loves to teach the Word of God, and has a passion for reaching this emerging generation. His hobbies include golf, church-league softball, competing in almost anything, and of course, spending time with his wife, Kate, and their two boys and little girl.

In 1979, Pastor Coon moved to Dover, Delaware to fill the position of Lead Pastor at Calvary Church, where he has ministered for the past 32 years. The congregation has grown from 60 regular attendees to over 1,600, and moved from a small church building on Governor’s Avenue in Dover, to a newly constructed facility (in 1984). In 2003, along with assistance from the Church Board, he spearheaded construction of the newest addition to Calvary, a brand new, state-of-the-art, sanctuary that holds up to 1,000 people.
He hold a B.S. degree in Church Ministries and was awarded an honorary membership into the Delta Epsilon Chi society of the American Association of Bible Colleges for professional achievement. He was also recently awarded membership into the Sigma Chi Pi Honor Society for Diligent Christian Leadership.
Pastor Coon currently serve as the Lead Pastor of Calvary Church and is Chairman of the Calvary Christian Academy School Board. He also is on the Mantour Ministries/4One Ministries Board of Directors.
Joey, who is originally from Boston, MA, currently serves as the Director of the Philadelphia Master’s Commissions. Along with his wife Lori, Joey has a deep passion for young adults to be disciples and followers of Jesus. Together, they pour the theme “To know God and make Him known” into the lives of their students.
Joey is a graduate of Teen Challenge. He is also a graduate of Zion Bible College and an ordained minister with the Penndel District of the Assemblies of God.
Along with his work with the Philadelphia Master’s Commissions, Joey also currently serve as the Student Ministries and Young Adults Director at Philadelphia Christian Center in Bensalem, Pa.

Pastor Ryan has been serving as a youth and associate pastor at Calvary Church in Dover, Delaware for ten years. He graduated from Valley Forge Christian College in 2006 where he met his wife Rachel. Pastor Ryan and Rachel have two kids, Conner and Ava.
Pastor Ryan's passions are family, his church, leadership, discipleship, and shaping the next generation of fearless followers of Christ. His hobbies include playing soccer, reading, drinking coffee, traveling with his family and connecting with people.

Jamie is the Founder and Director of Mantour Ministries. He is a graduate of The University Of Valley Forge. He is also an ordained minister with the Penndel District of the Assemblies of God.
Jamie’s passion is to help men overcome the pain of their past and reach their full potential as God’s men. “Years ago, while I was attending college, God gave me a deep desire inside to minister to men. My calling is to help men learn what it means to be a godly man and how to develop a deep, personal relationship with their Heavenly Father. We strive to challenge and encourage men to reach their full potential in God’s Kingdom.”
Along with planning Mantour Conferences, Jamie enjoys writing and speaking to men. Each month, he provides men with free, practical, Biblical teaching through articles and e-books in The Manzone at Mantour Ministries. He's also had articles featured in Prodigal Magazine, New Man Magazine, and on the Assemblies of God Men’s Ministry Website. His book “Putting on Manhood”, a book designed to help men grow into mature, godly men, was published in 2014.
